Lifetime Warranty

At Clear Facet, we thoroughly inspect and stand behind every ring and ensure that it will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the item. Every piece of jewelry we sell should last a lifetime, therefore all of our rings come with a complimentary lifetime warranty.

Within the first year of ownership, if there are any issues with your item, they will be covered and we will provide a return shipping label(US only). All you have to do is contact us and explain your issue. We thoroughly inspect all of our rings before we photograph, list, and ship them. Some of our vintage or antique rings have been worn for decades or longer. Some issues like loose stones or shaggy prongs are extremely hard to identify until it is worn for a couple weeks. If you have any concerns with the ring, let us know as soon as possible.

After the first year, we offer complimentary cleaning and stone tightening. All we ask is that you pay for USPS Priority shipping.

If you come across a manufacturing defect, we will request that you return it to us for inspection by our in house jeweler. If we determine your concern is from a manufacturing defect we will repair the item if possible, replace it with a similar product, or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item. When sending in a product for a suspected manufacture defect we ask that you contact us beforehand and explain your concerns.

In the event that we determine the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will inform you immediately and let you know of the available repair services. In the event of a repair, we will only charge you our cost for the repair.

Please note that our rings are hand made and some were made hundreds of years ago. Some items might show slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or other natural characteristics. This can be internal inclusions, visible in all gemstones, these are unique and individual to each item and are deemed part of the items character. This should not be considered a defect.

Please note that sending your ring to another jeweler for repair will void this lifetime warranty. We also highly recommend that you get your jewelry insured personally for issues like loss or theft.
