Shipping & Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund but may be able to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At Clear Facet the only item that that is non-refundable would be gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This could be a credit card statement, email or tracking.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Ring with obvious signs of use

* Ring not in the same condition as it was sent.

* Any item not in its originally shipped condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes approximately 72 hours or 3 business days to receive your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items may not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at clearfacet@gmail.com and send your item to: 331 New York Ave, Huntington, NY, 11743, United States.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping

Clear Facet offers free return shipping. We will supply you with a return shipping label and it will be insured for the price of the item. In rare instances, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. If we deem that you are taking advantage of this service, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, this should take 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking via email once the package is shipped.

 

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Clear Facet, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us about your intent to return the item at info@clearfacet.com
  • Indicate the reason for your return.
  • Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
  • Affix the pre-printed return label to the box.
  • Ship your package using our pre-paid label to make sure it is insured for the full purchase price.
  • Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
  • All returns will be inspected before we can process a refund.
  • We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
  • Clear Facet is not responsible for any merchandise that is not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
